Is anyone other than me getting this game? I love playing the simcity games and this game has MP so I'm looking forward to seeing how that works! So if anyone wants to get a game going let me know!

Makes me wish I had a PC. It's kind of a swift kick to the testicles of Mac users (if we had any) that a Sim City game is not available on the platform. Hell, the series got its start on the Mac.

How is it? I think the last one I played was 3000, but my interest has been piqued.
At this point I can say that I am slightly addicted to it. It's very good so far, especially since me and kayvix are neighbors right now and i can borrow power or water and all the things I may need including workers commuting between the cities as well. For the most part I would say I am happy with the buy.

So, it's bacically a MMOS (massive multiplayer online simulation)? Online games are pretty much the only exception to my hatred of the 'you must be online' crap that seems to be becoming more common (Damn you, Diablo 3). The 20-minute wait is more of a negative, I guess. I'll have to check to see if my poor old lappy can run it.

Of course not. CPU and graphics card failed. Well, maybe when I get a tower working and online again.

Due to the DRM fiasco, SimCity is on track for being the worst reviewed game in Amazonian history.
