I am a huge William castle fan, I can remember watching what I would later discover were his films as a lad at my grandmothers home in the states. His films are not for everyone however as they are as cheesy as Wisconsin and most of them had a sweet gimmick (buzzing seats, ghost viewers, plastic coins, insurance policies for death by fright). Here is a quick list of some of my favourite films of his...

.) Homicidal -  his best work, in my opinion, the twist got me the first time I watched

.) Zotz! - super fun movie about a magic coin, also introduced "bullet time" about 3 decades before the matrix and max payne

.) House on Haunted Hill - classic haunted house movie

.) The tingler - the one with the buzzing seats!

.) The Spirit is Willing - cheesy, bizarre, humorous and awesome ghost movie with catchy tunes

.) I Saw What You Did - fun movie about a prank call gone wrong

.) Let's Kill Uncle - The stock shark footage is my favourite part, also what a strange plot!

.) 13 Ghosts - ok little ghost movie with the option to not see the ghosts if you're too scared

Love me some Castle too.  House on Haunted Hill is a great movie, along with I Saw What You Did which scared the bejeezus out of me as a kid.
